Chrome Browser Loses Horizontal Position
When the tools are revealed in Chrome, the viewport shifts in a way that makes it impossible to see the contents of the window. There is no scroll bar to allow repositioning.
Slide the tools over the top of the window contents (maybe semi-transparent) instead of shifting the contents. Add a horizontal scroll bar.
