Hire Me Search Page is Misleading
On the Hire Me Search page, the "Top Certifications" appears to be in alphabetical order instead of topic rank order. As a result it holds me out as an expert in .NET which I know nothing about, and hides my knowledge of PHP which is my area of professional expertise.
Correct the order of the Top Certifications so that it more closely reflects the Experts' knowledge base.
