Comment Preview Horizontal Scroll Doesn't
There is a scroll bar below the code snippet, but it doesn't allow scrolling. Windows 7, Latest Firefox.
At one level, it would be reasonable to just make it scrollable, but at a higher level, the entire "Preview" should be recast to make it show more like what will really be seen after the comment is submitted.
