Internal Links Don't Work
The ID Number appears to be a link with an anchor inside the page, and when clicked it moves the viewport. But it does not affect the URL, so the link cannot be copied and pasted.
Engage a UX/UI firm to evaluate the operation of this "feature" and other factors affecting usability of the EE site. Consider using coding standards to create predictable, intuitive human interfaces.
