Submit Fails When Close to Bottom of Viewport
If you fire the "submit" button when it is located close to the bottom of the viewport, the site throws the gray bar over the button and the submit does not work. See the before and after images.
Correct the action handler so that the submit button works before the gray bar obscures it.
