The Glebe is a community of 30 townhomes built by Gruver Cooley near the north bend of Glebe Road, circa 1980.

Arlington County's GIS Map does not list The Glebe HOA; instead it shows the community as part of the Old Glebe Civic Association.

Notwithstanding Article V §1.b of The Glebe Declaration of Covenants, the Arlington County GIS Map shows that The Glebe Homeowners Association Inc. owns three Parcels of land (A, B, C), totalling a bit less than 3½ acres. The GIS Map makes no mention of Areas E, F, G, H, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q.

Map of Parcel A & Legal Description 03-066-088 includes the entry sign and the wooded glen along Glebe Road.

Map of Parcel B & Legal Description 03-066-089 is a discontiguous section between Parcel A and the private properties; it includes the former tennis court at the north end.

Map of Parcel C & Legal Description 03-066-090 abuts Walker Chapel and runs between Tazewell Street and the single-family homes facing North Old Glebe Road.
